Clothing
- Warm Jacket -Down jacket is recommended
- Jacket- waterproof and windproof
- Synthetic Fleece (long sleeved and better if windproof)
- Hat, Gloves, and scarf
- Thermal underwear
- Hiking trousers (comfortable and loose-fitting recommended)
- 2 or more pairs of wool-blend socks
- Pair of running or linear socks
- Comfortable and proper hiking boots
- 2 or more comfortable t-shirts
- Extra pair of flip-flops
